Hello to all our new members and everyone who has expressed an interest in archery. This post is just to give you a bit of basic information about archery at the university.
We run archery sessions on -
MONDAY 7pm-9pm
WEDNESDAY 2pm-6pm
THURSDAY 7pm-10pm
The club sessions are open to everyone (including non-members who want to give archery a try). They take place at Goodwin Sports Centre Activity Room 3 (ask at reception and they will direct you to us). We also have an extra session on Wednesday between 6pm and 10pm for club seniors and experienced archers.
We welcome all people interested in archery, regradless of whether they have any previous archery experience. We provide all the training, equipment and facilites necessary to shoot.
If you wish to join the club speak to a senior club member while you are down at one of our sessions for details.
Also outside of our normal club sessions beginners may wish to attend one our Give It A Go sessions. These are fun introductory sessions run as part of the union's Give It A Go programme. Information about the times and dates of these are available from the Source in the Union, and tickets are available from the Union Box Office.
Anyway we hope to see you all down at the archery range
