In the words of Arrow "Feelin in you body; HOT HOT HOT!" You need Scotch Bonnet Peppers and then to restore order half a gallon of ice cream. They're vicious, and apparently the hottest peppers on the planet. Respect 'em or get BURNED!!

You lazy bastard! lol!
I just don't bother with breakfast - makes things a whole lot easier.
However, since returning home for the weekend to visit the 'rents, and with the mum repeatedly telling me how she lost 2 stone and is now much more incredibly health and slimmer than i, i have now rediscovered the joys of philadelphia chives on hot crumpets.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

I also go for an easy breakfast option:
1) Take 1 part chocolate and add two parts chocolate.
2) Consume quickly and wait 4 lunch.
;D

No. I like Forges Idea... For a perfect breakfast: load up the coffee maker We then throw it out of a high window, thus ridding ourselves of the coffee and the coffee maker! ;D We can then go for a cuppa...
